This home at 200 El Dorado Avenue holds such a special place in our hearts. For my wife and me, it was the cherished starting point for our family, where we spent eight wonderful years making memories with our first daughter. We absolutely loved leaving the car behind and taking leisurely Saturday morning strolls to the vibrant farmers market, or having spontaneous date nights at the fantastic restaurants just steps from our front door. It’s more than just a condo; it’s a lifestyle of ease and enjoyment that my wife and I still miss. The sense of community in Danville was one of the best parts of living here. We sent our daughter to Montair Elementary, and my wife and I were truly amazed by the incredible level of parent and school participation, which fosters such a warm and supportive environment. We have so many fond memories of sunny afternoons spent by the community pool, relaxing and connecting with our friendly neighbors. We only moved because our family grew with a second child, and it was a bittersweet decision to leave. We truly hope the next owners find as much joy and happiness in this wonderful home as we did.

Despite being built in 1964, this condo appears to have undergone an extensive and recent renovation. The kitchen features modern white shaker-style cabinets, dark countertops, stainless steel appliances, and contemporary pendant lighting, suggesting it's virtually new. The flooring throughout is updated with consistent LVP/laminate, and the walls are freshly painted with recessed lighting, giving the entire interior a modern and move-in ready feel. All visible components meet current quality standards with no signs of deferred maintenance.
Pros & Cons

Pros

Exceptional Walkability & Downtown Access: The property boasts outstanding walkability, with the vibrant farmers market and various restaurants just steps away, promoting a convenient, car-free lifestyle in downtown Danville.
Top-Rated School District: Located within the highly-regarded San Ramon Valley High School District, with Montair Elementary (9/10 rating) and San Ramon Valley High (10/10 rating) both within a mile, making it highly attractive for families.
Strong Community & Amenities: Residents benefit from a strong sense of community, active parent participation in schools, and access to a community pool, fostering a warm and supportive living environment.
Desirable Westside Danville Location: Situated in the sought-after 'WESTSIDE DANVILL' subdivision, known for its prime location and access to local amenities and charm.
Lifestyle-Oriented Living: The seller's heartfelt description highlights a 'lifestyle of ease and enjoyment,' emphasizing convenience, social connection, and positive memories, which can resonate strongly with prospective buyers.

Cons

High Monthly Association Fee: The monthly association fee of $787.0 is relatively high for an 871 sqft condominium, which could impact overall affordability and long-term ownership costs.
Compact Living Space: With 871 sqft for a 2-bedroom unit, the property offers limited living space, which may not be suitable for growing families or those desiring more expansive interiors, as indicated by the previous owners' reason for moving.
Age of Building: Built in 1964, the property is over 50 years old, which may suggest older infrastructure, systems, or a potential need for future updates and maintenance not explicitly detailed.
