About this home

IT IS SO PEACEFUL AND QUIET, AND THERE IS THAT SENSE OF SECURITY.... When asked what the seller most enjoyed about this home; that was the answer. She could have said the fabulous location as an end unit on a cul-de-sac street with a huge greenbelt and a view of a park and trees near the main entrance and a Community Center. She could have said the convenience of a single story home. She might have said the remodeled bathrooms with quartz counters and backsplash, the tile showers with dual barn style sliding glass doors, soft close/dovetail joint construction shaker style cabinet drawers, the tile flooring or the recessed can lighting. I may have emphasized the fresh paint, the textured ceilings, the Decor plugs and switches, the raised panel doors, the oversized baseboards, the engineered wood flooring, the plantation shutters, the dual paned vinyl windows and sliders or opening up the wall between the kitchen and the dining room to help create that popular great room affect. The third bedroom has been converted to a den. Of course, everyone knows about the Casta del Sol lifestyle and the magnificent amenities this 55+ community has to offer. It is hard to find something you cannot do. Normal things like tennis, swimming, spa/hot tub, pickleball, clubhouse and gym/exercise/weight room are a given. Card rooms, billiard rooms, craft rooms, recreation rooms, lawn bowling, gardening, a library, numerous clubs and activities all make it easy to get out and socialize if that is your interest. Bang for your buck? Your HOA dues include community management, front yard maintenance, exterior painting and trash pickup which all contribute to reduced stress and a carefree environment. Membership to Lake Mission Viejo with its Summer Sunset Concert Series, fireworks display, boating, swimming, occasional fishing and the annual "Taste of the Lake" is included. And we have not even begun to talk about living in Mission Viejo and shopping at Mission Viejo Mall, the convenience of the nearby Mission Hospital with its Trauma Center, the opportunities for travel using the Metrolink or John Wayne Airport, the proximity of world famous destination beaches or the equal distance to cultural and sporting events in either Los Angeles or San Diego. Do yourself a favor and come take a look. You won't be sorry if you do.

Further upgrades include fresh paint, textured ceilings, new electrical fixtures, raised panel doors, oversized baseboards, engineered wood flooring, plantation shutters, dual-paned vinyl windows/sliders, and an opened-up kitchen/dining area creating a popular great room effect.
Prime Location & Views: Situated as an end unit on a cul-de-sac street, the property offers a peaceful and secure environment with a large greenbelt and views of a park and trees. Its location provides convenient access to Mission Viejo Mall, Mission Hospital, Metrolink, John Wayne Airport, world-famous beaches, and cultural/sporting events in Los Angeles or San Diego.
Comprehensive HOA Services: The HOA dues are comprehensive, covering community management, front yard maintenance, exterior painting, and trash pickup, which contributes to a reduced-stress and carefree living environment for residents.
Desirable Single-Story Layout: The convenience of a single-story home is a significant advantage, particularly within a 55+ community, offering ease of access and mobility without stairs.

Cons
