Built in 1928 (97 years old).
Condition: Built in 1928, this cabin has received significant maintenance and some updates, including being 'completely winterized,' a 'newer wall heater,' 'newer roof,' 'well insulated windows,' and an updated walk-in shower. The kitchen features granite countertops, but the cabinets, appliances (older white refrigerator and range), and backsplash are visibly dated, likely 20-30+ years old, showing signs of being outdated despite being functional. While some systems are updated, the overall aesthetic and key components like the kitchen prevent it from reaching a 'Good' rating, aligning more with a property that is aged but maintained with functional but outdated major components.
