Besides the panoramic views from the living room and master bedroom, it has 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. King in primary, queen in secondary, with bunk beds, full and twin beds in loft. Great room has cathedral beam ceilings with wood burning fireplace, dining area, breakfast bar. Entire unit was remodeled three years ago. Complex has clubhouse, pool, spas, saunas, playground, bocce ball, volleyball, par course, game room, pool table, tennis courts, and boat parking. Carnelian Woods complex is across the street from Sierra Boat and Garwoods with beach access, boating, golf and restaurants all nearby. This is a partnership which has been running since 1980, very stable. Your tenth ownership gets you five weeks per year on a rotating basis and partners trade weeks all the time. You pay one fee per year of approximately $7500 and then everything is taken care of for you from bills, maintenance, repairs and weekly maid service. You show up for your week, enjoy, drop used linens in the bathroom and go home. You have no ongoing duties.
