Property is move-in ready.
Built in 2004 (20 years old), the property is exceptionally well-maintained and move-in ready. It features significant recent system upgrades including a new paid-for solar system with battery backup, a whole house fan, and fresh interior/exterior paint. While the kitchen and bathrooms appear to have original 2004 finishes and white appliances, the overall maintenance and epoxy-coated garage floor elevate its condition.
The property features a brand-new, fully paid-off solar system with a backup battery and a whole-house fan, offering the potential for near-zero electricity bills.
Extensive recent maintenance including fresh interior and exterior paint, stained fencing, a newer patio cover, and epoxy garage flooring ensures the home is move-in ready.
Located in the guard-gated Hemet Four Seasons, the home offers high-level security, low HOA fees, and access to exceptionally maintained facilities and social activities.
Although the home features a large office, the lack of a closet prevents it from being officially listed as a third bedroom, which may impact appraisal value and buyer versatility.
The local schools assigned to this address have relatively low ratings, ranging from 2 to 4, which could be a concern for resale value or multi-generational buyers.
Brand spankin' new solar system, with back up battery. The system is paid for; not leased. I just had it installed, and am turning it on this week. You should be able to get by with little, to no electric bills. Even better yet, a few months ago, I installed a Whole House Fan. These are unbelievably effective at reducing power bills. It sucks cooler or hotter air in, depending on the outside temperature, and it is super quiet. It's a MUST HAVE! This home is located on a private street, with very little traffic. It has 2074 sq ft, and is one of the more desirable floor plans in the entire community. It is listed with 2 bedrooms, but it has an large office, located just off the entry foyer, which can be used as a 3rd BR. It does not have a closet, which precludes it from being listed as a 3rd BR. The living room is huge, and has 2 very nice ceiling fans. The dining area is perfectly situated, right outside of the kitchen. You can utilize the bar, or the dining area. The dining area has stained glass windows, a doggie door, and access to a large covered patio. The patio cover is fairly new, and was added on, after I purchased the home. The garage has room for golf cart parking, and the garage floor has epoxy floor coating. The entire exterior of the home was painted 6 months ago, so you are good-to-go for years to come. And oh, yes, the fences were stained, when the exterior of the house was painted. The interior is being painted, throughout, on June 19-21. If you haven't lived in Hemet Four Seasons, you are in for a treat. The activities are endless, so if you are bored, it is your fault. Just wait til you see all of the included amenities. The community is manicured and maintained unbelievably well, and there is staff to assist you with almost anything you need. The community is gated, with live guards at the entry, so you can feel safe and secure. The HOA fees have remained low and VERY reasonable for many years. They are just over $200/month.
